ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND APPROVAL
When you place an order with YK Perfumes, you are submitting an offer to purchase the items selected. Upon successful submission of your order through our website, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Please be advised that this email is merely an acknowledgment of receipt and does not indicate acceptance of your order.
Your order will only be considered accepted once the merchandise has been dispatched, and a Shipment Confirmation Email is sent to you. At that time, the contract for the sale of the products is deemed concluded. You may track the status of your order through USPS for delivery updates.
In the event that we identify any discrepancies, such as pricing errors or issues with product availability, YK Perfumes reserves the right to decline or modify your order. If such an issue arises, you will be promptly notified via email and provided with the option to revise or cancel the order.
Once you receive the Shipment Confirmation Email, the price stated at the time of order placement will be honored, and no further price adjustments will apply, unless otherwise specified.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Once your order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, while expedited options may arrive sooner.
Important Note on Delays: Once your package has been dispatched from our end, it is in the care of USPS for final delivery. Any delays caused by USPS, including but not limited to weather conditions, high shipping volume, or logistical issues, are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or issues that arise once the package leaves our facility, but we will do our best to assist you with any tracking inquiries.
If you experience a significant delay or encounter issues with USPS delivery, please reach out to their customer service for further assistance.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your YK Perfumes purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Factory defects: If the product is found to have a manufacturing fault.

Damage during shipping: If the bottle or atomizer is broken or compromised upon arrival.

Incorrect order: If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake.
If any of these situations apply to your order, please contact our customer service team at support@ykperfumesofficial.com within 3 days of receiving your purchase. We will assist you promptly with a return or exchange. In the case of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
To ensure that your return is processed, all products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. The product should be unused, unaltered, and undamaged: It must be returned along with its original packaging.
YK Perfumes cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during the return shipping process. Returns that lack proper identification, including the customer’s full name, address, RMA number, and tracking number, will not be accepted.
Kindly be advised that we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange at our discretion, without prior notice.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION GUIDELINES
You can request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will fully refund your purchase. The refund will be credited back to the same credit/debit card used for the original payment on our website.
To facilitate a seamless cancellation process, we kindly ask that you submit your cancellation request within 48 hours of placing your order.
