Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your YK Perfumes purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Factory defects: If the product is found to have a manufacturing fault.

Damage during shipping: If the bottle or atomizer is broken or compromised upon arrival.

Incorrect order: If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake.
If any of these situations apply to your order, please contact our customer service team at support@ykperfumesofficial.com within 3 days of receiving your purchase. We will assist you promptly with a return or exchange. In the case of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
To ensure that your return is processed, all products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. The product should be unused, unaltered, and undamaged: It must be returned along with its original packaging.
YK Perfumes cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during the return shipping process. Returns that lack proper identification, including the customer’s full name, address, RMA number, and tracking number, will not be accepted.
Kindly be advised that we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange at our discretion, without prior notice.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
